Patient Assistance Program

The Patient Assistance Program (PAP) Committee helps enroll low-income and uninsured or underinsured patients in programs offered by participating pharmaceutical companies, allowing them to receive brand-name medications at No Cost. On average, we help patients save approximately $130,000 annually on medication expenses. We are partnering with GoodRx to provide eligible patients with discount cards to help cover the cost of their chronic generic medications.

If you have questions about the patient assistance program, please contact
pap@paulhomclinic.org or call our clinic phone number.

Saturday Services

Each clinic day, we assist eligible patients with completing their applications by gathering the required documents and preparing all necessary forms and supporting materials. We also provide side effect information sheets and coupons for generic medications that can be used at major pharmacies such as CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, and other participating locations. Additionally, the PAP Committee works closely with the Diabetes Committee and the Hepatitis Committee to monitor patients’ medication adherence, effectiveness, and safety through follow-up blood draws and consultations, while addressing any special needs on a case-by-case basis.
